Description

The purpose of the course is to enable delegates to apply a strategic level of assent management to ensure effective, efficient, and economical utilization of public funds and resources at the local government level. participants will develop competencies to manage strategic planning and budgeting processes, financial management processes and internal control, auditing, and reporting processes.  provide a uniform framework for the management of an asset that is held or used by a national or provincial department and ensure the coordination of the use of none movable assent with the service delivery objectives of a national or provincial department and issuing of guidelines and minimum standards in respect of asset management by a national or provincial department
